For the Sedona Area there was an increase of +5.6% on the number of sold listings for the month of August 2024, when compared with the same time last year, there were 18 sales in 2023 and 19 sales in 2024.

Over the course of the year, the median sales price for single family homes increased by +0.4% and according to the Sedona Verde Valley Board of REALTORS®, Residential homes that were sold during 2024 for the Sedona Area stayed on the market for 105 days on average.
