Rob & Pam Schabatka
Rob and Pam Schabatka have been residents of the Sedona area since 1979.
Both raised in Flagstaff, they married and have raised three children here in Sedona. Working together as a team is not new.
Rob was a general contractor for his own company, BNR Development, Inc and Pam handled all the bookwork. Rob has had his real estate license since 1985 and decided to go full time in 2000.
Pam had been working for several realtors in the area and learned from the very best. She received her real estate license in 2003.
Rob has a unique advantage in that his knowledge of the area and his vast experience in construction as a licensed General Contractor allows him to understand your needs and match them to available Homes, Land or New
Construction.
Pam is focused on the marketing side of the business, with years of real estate marketing and selling experience. She works with Rob to ensure that you, the customer, receive the best possible real estate experience.
