Shortly after college I joined IBM Corporation, an experience which probably changed my life more than anything except marriage and family.

The IBM philosophy was that you must always achieve and achievement was a simple matter of preparation, planning, and persistence. As a young worker, the IBM philosophy became mine. Over the years it has carried me through my career as a corporate CEO to my current position as Associate Broker with Remax.

During my corporate years I always had an interest in real estate even though it was not related to my professional duties. In fact, my hobby during this time was to develop and rebuild older properties into modern day applications.

One project was especially challenging. I converted an old Volkswagon Dealership building (Beetle era) into a Class A commercial strip retail center.

After moving to Sedona, I continued to develop properties. One of my first projects was to develop Foothills South Phase III, a 20 acre property, into a 25 lot subdivision. Recently I completed a complex on 89A which combined apartment living with commercial stores marketed as Live/Work Suites, the first in Sedona.

Since joining Remax in 2003 I have worked in residential sales as well as sales of commercial property. I have consistently been a 100% Club Producer and in August 2004 I was honored to be the Number One Individual Remax Agent in Arizona.

I believe that being successful in real estate, whether selling residential or commercial property, is based on the very same preparation, planning, and persistence that I learned many years ago with IBM. What is different and enjoyable is the challenge changes with each sale.
